Howdys all, been up for a few hrs. My legs are still aching.
Jane, I think I see them. Little broad leafed things? Your dirt looks good. Lots better then this hard clay here. I could probably make my own dishes out of this stuff.

6 more cages filled up, I got the three playhouse coops emptied out except for one broody hen with a load of eggs under her. No more to get from Turkey Town.
Saw another Copperhead in the barn yard. If it hadn't been moving, I might have stepped right on it.

Clay dirt is nice! We used to have that and there were tons of worms in the ground. The chickens loved it. Now we have rocky hard soil.
