Granny's gone and done it again

morning all.

Well depending on who you listen /talk to the temp yesterday was either a tie for the all time high of 98* OR a new record of 100*

Was way to hot to clean the main coop. SOOOOOOO Got all the ditches mowed, garden tilled, new water installed and working. loaded up 4 empty licks tubs, got the oats bin area all cleaned up and buttoned up for the winter, Cleaned out a lot of "trash" from the main chicken run.

can't remember if I told this or not,

They did surgery on Rod and stuck a metal rod in his hips/pelvis. Not sure when he will get out.

Vicki is VERY IMPRESSED with his son and the way he does things. Spent 40 minutes on the phone with Roberts ex the other night.

evidently Rod had NEVER asked the kid to help with anything. WONDERFUL parenting skills.

Mike got the side by side "sort of working" BUT he now knows what we need to get it up and running. The hydro fluid is draining out of bobcat so he can install a new filter and fluid. Still need to get the "general maintence" done of boomer. (my tractor)
