Granny's gone and done it again

Anyone else seeing the Covid in their family or friends? It's spreading like mad out here. I have two children just getting over it. Son had it bad. Now, two married grandchildren have it. None vaccinated. The first one to get it says she feels horrible. We have a NICU nurse in the family..a daughter. It's her two kids that have the Covid. She messaged me about it...said this about work in the NICU. "It's getting people so randomly... Weird... We didn't have it with the babies with regular COVID,,, but this Delta variant we have a section blocked off for COVID babies and parents can't visit babies till they have negative tests."

oh They did something like that to Tom once. I took him into the er and they shocked him with the paddles twice. They said they needed to get it back in rhythm. It worked for the most part.
No, this is where they put you to sleep, and go into a main artery, leg, and zap the heart inside.

Hot water heater went out. Son in law tried to find one to fit through the narrow door where it's supposed to go but apparently they don't make them that narrow anymore. So we're gonna do a tankless next weekend.
We just got a new water heater..after it decided to die and leak all over. At first we thought we had water coming up from the ground! We were pretty scared. So thankful it wasn't a broken pipe under the house. Yes, the water heaters are big. Barely fit into that little room. Plus, we had to get a new heater. Only 39 years old! Maybe the water heater too? 🤷. Our son in law put in the new heater along with an air conditioner. First time we've had central air in this house. Been using window air conditioners.

ohh Just like doing the stents then.
Kind of sort of I guess. They sand bag your leg for a few hrs. The second one was scary. They got me up to walk after the time was up. I had a catheter in, thought it was leaking when I felt ..wet..on my leg. She looks down, says, oh, your bleeding. She kind of hurries me back to the bed, gets me laid down, then jams her hand into my groin. Has me push the nurse button, yells, get in here, we have a bleeder. You can bleed out pretty quick from that area. I lived. 😁

I remember getting sand bagged but they dont use that now. They stitch it and use some type of glue. My DH had it done for his legs not long ago and they had to put pressure on him for hours. That same man stood there all that time with no relief. He ended up with a huge hematoma

Some friends had it. He kept going to work, she kept sending her kids to school. Sigh.

had an entire county shop shut down due to covid but luckily hubs and I have avoided. Helps to be antisocial.
