I'm not sure but my 52 year old daughter had one as a small child. It's been so long I can't remember the situation but seems like meningitis.

2 days after the surgery. IDIOT !!! they "suggested" a home for about a month for ease of care and therapy and such BUT NOPE he must be a PITA
