OH and your not "allowed" to see a specialist until after a regular Dr see's you and gives a referral That way they can charge you twice. Sanford Medical/health REALLY SUCK !!!!!!

well evidently it has been sprinkling off and on this evening. The pavement is wet.

And we still haven't had a frost this fall. The leaves seem to have just given up and are changing colors with out Jack Frost's help

here usually you have to drive to Bismarck so that's over 200 miles round trip.
