obese, diabetes , copd and just didn't do what the DR's said like 95% of the time.

if you meant this evening I guess he choked on a piece of chicken and then his O2 level dropped so ambulance and fire dept were called. Evidently now the FD must be called when you need an ambulance. After that I have no idea.
