I had soup beans for the 3rd day in a row now. I think Im about done with those. Maybe enough left to freeze if I have any room . Would make some good chili later on.

tonight is chicken soup but tomorrow I make white beans with a ham shank.

The beans will be cooked in the instant pot for 22 minutes.

Well. We have our trip to eureka mostly plotted to pismo for a couple nights with his friend, then to bodega bay for two nights, onward to eureka for a bunch of days, a night in sac town and then either bonzai down the river to get home and try for it all in one day or stop in a parking lot whenever we get tired and carry on the next day.

that is quite a trip!

It has rained most of last week, and now today, almost non stop. Sure could have used this during the summer. Not complaining..we need it. Maybe it's filling our laks and damns. Snow on the mountain stops, supposed to snow tommorow I think. It won't stick, or stick for long down here, yet.

We do not have rain but do have high winds. The wind is supposed to die down later today.

last I seen gas was $3.25. I dont know about now. that was a few days ago.

Gas was $4.05 a gallon here

the new pill is not approved yet. It is only going to be available to the highest risk groups and has to be given at the beginning of symptoms.
