I don’t even know how you could not tell the difference. Butter is yummyRan out of butter. Had to use margin. Not sure what the difference is to be honest.
I was saying you could tell us the difference in them H2o?I don’t even know how you could not tell the difference. Butter is yummy
Actually that is not true. Saturated fat does not clog arteries. Inflammation in the arteries cause your body to try to repair the damage by sending cholesterol to make a bandaid over the damaged part. That is what plaque is. Plaque is hardened cholesterol that is trying to help the damage. What you want to do is stop all the inflammation in your arteries.Butter contains a lot of artery-clogging saturated fat, and margarine contains an unhealthy combination of saturated and trans fats, so the healthiest choice is to skip both of them and use liquid oils, such as olive, canola and safflower oil, instead.
Butter is saturated fat made by Mother Nature margarine is trans fat made out of vegetable oils made in a lab. Vegetable oil causes inflammation.I was saying you could tell us the difference in them H2o?
YesI figured you would know. Butter is better for you right?
