I sure hope they figure out what is causing your woozy spells. Doctors say it is healthier for a woman to be slightly over weight than under weight so I'm not going to obsess, but would like to get rid of the last of the belly fat deposits.

Sometimes i want to just carve off the belly fat and be done .

It's a classic Sonoma County halloween.... raining. Hasn't happened in 10 yrs though. So happy to have wet ground. It's not crunchy now and you can sneak up on people!

My son tested positive for Covid. He had the J&J several months ago. Bronwyn, his wife, negative, she got the Maderna..this was with two different tests being done. They will get the results back from the other. She may need to go back to be tested again. Poor kids. He's already trying to catch up with work hours...new job. Hasn't been able to have enough hrs to make what he was with previous job, just startef getting them..and now this. He's the one working with the Autistic children.

I hope they will all recover soon!

I had Moderna too. He should have gone in for a phiser of Moderna last week! J and J is approved for that now.

I know, I tried to get him to do it, but said he wasn't worried. . He's coughing pretty hard now. Bronwyn took a 4 hr nap. Pretty tired. Little guy slept long today too.

Keto..made me tired if meat. Back in the 70's I did Dr. Atkins diet. Pretty much the same.

I can never get tired of meat.
