Aww! Thank you so much! Unfortunately, I do not think my parents will agree to this. Although I would LOVE to have some more fertile eggs, we are in the middle of moving AGAIN! We will be moving again after Christmas, so we are not planning to add any more birds! We also need to get a few more chickens that come with the house, so the integration and quarantine process will be real annoying. But, I practice biosecurity with my flock, so they need to be quarantined for at least a month. That is also why I am trying to sell a few hens after they are done with their molts.

where are you moving to? And why do you guys move a lot?

To answer your second question, YES! We move super often. For the past few years, we moved every year. And always right around Christmas too!

For the first question, we are moving to a house near our current house, my mom just likes how it is fenced in, so that we can let the dogs out to play without them running away. Still in CA and still in the same neighborhood, I am just most stressed with having to get a new room, move everything, and have to adjust again. Since we have moved so many times already, we rarely use a moving company. We move most of the furniture ourselves, especially if we rent out our current house.

Yes! Glad I do not need to do that! When I had to change schools in the past, it was really awkward! I lost so many friends
