Granny's gone and done it again

evening all.

Not sure how much /long I will be on this week going to TRY and get all the candy part and some if not all of the cookie part done this week. Plus have to sort out the 2 yaks that are sold and the rest of this years heifers. I think pip squeak/peek a boo is MIA. Evidently the coyotes are very loud and lots of them right now. All around the farm. I just can't imagine them being able to "pull down" a 5 or 6 month old calf in the herd.
oh no! Im so sorry Who was the mom?
I hope you take some rest time with the baking. I know thats a ton of work.
Did the bulls give you any trouble? Did you get your steak?

Maiah's calf the one Vicki found still partly in the birth sack.

Bulls were no issue loading. They did get "bouncy" a few times on the trip down but NoT bad. Then they didn't want to unload.

horses/donkeys don't have a great survival rate when with yaks. Arse is out there now and no way new momma yaks are going to let a dog live.
