Granny's gone and done it again

I use 25pounds of flour every two months so it never goes bad!

I do store specialty flours in the freezer-- keeps it fresh and bug free
I'm talking about...old...flour. I have some in the basement that is probably 10 years old. In a big sealed bucket. Sugar too, beans, salt..which I found out only has a 5 year shelf life. Need to restock my.. ahem...2 year supply. LOL
