Waiting for my "boiler man" to stop in again. Boiler for 3 of the apts is NOT HEALTHY hoping we/he can baby it thru this winter. New one with new recirculating pumps and the works is going to be 10 to 15 grand.

Casper and Cheyenne WY are delivered and also the 2 sent to South Carolina TX, PA and 2 other states are "in transit" which means someone forgot to scan them as they passed through.
