Good morning Granny-ites!

And happy Three French Hens, day! Sitting here enjoying my second mug of coffee and trying to get motivated. Christmas music playing softly in the background.

I had a station back in IL that played Christmas music starting after Thanksgiving at Advent and played it through the month that I would play in my husband's office. People would come in and comment that it was the only doctor's office that played holiday music and how much they enjoyed it.

Several years later the local ACE Hardware started piping Christmas music outside their business. Like to think I started a tradition in the little town.

At the moment I'm contemplating whether to bake cookies tomorrow or Friday. Since I have to bake pie on Friday guess I'm leaning towards tomorrow. I'm trying something new this year, low sugar low fat cookies. I've experimented with a few just to get the feel of them and so far so good. My husband who has good cookie sense says he can't tell the difference and that is what I'm shooting for.
