They are soooooooo cute! I used to have a white hen. I'd have a whole aviary of them if I could, LOL!

You guys remember my fish that laid on its side for months. Came alive to eat? It finally died a couple of weeks ago. . Bought a new one. It died three days later! I bought another, it's doing well..so far! . It has cute little white fins. Can't tell in the photo that it has silver tips on the fins. View attachment 2942707

We have 2 parakeets. My little boy wanted the purple-blue parakeet at the feed store, so we got Lupin. 15 years later he is still with us. The white one flew into the yard summer of 2020. I think of her as the covid bird. Lupin would be friends, but she's not interested.
This is how they were first introduced. They share a flight cage now.

Off to read. I need to go to bed for an early appointment tommorow. Getting my boobs smashed...I mean.. getting a mammogram. They've been watching a small lump on my right side. I don't think they're too worried.

He almost died too. Was out playing in the kid's room and landed on the rabbit cage. Chicory got scared and bit off the end of Lupin's toe. Lots of blood! We took him to the vet, he got a shot of antibiotics. The vet was surprised he survived. Big healthy keet.
