Roberts dr finally called me back. said for him to take flonase and mucinex.
Pain dr told me to use diabetic lotion on my legs.

What is diabetic lotion? Got pic?

no, took myself after I got insurance. I remember the first time I got glasses. I literally rode home with my head out the window looking at the colors. The trees, sky, it was all so very beautiful

once my step father did because he caught me drinking sugar water and I got my baby shots. Then when I was getting married mom took me for birth control. lol There could of been more times. Ya, when I broke my legs.....

can you use skim milk or does it take whole? We only drink fortified skim. But I do have Chobani plain Greek yogurt on hand so it would be fun to try if I can do it with skim milk.

Far as I know you can! But I believe for best results is must be dairy. I've read you "CAN" make yogurt out of alternative milks, but again, ask Google.

Actually, er, no. I mean, yah you can digest without yogurt, but not without the stuff that's in yogurt, the probiotics. You get it from somewhere, just that yogurt is an excellent source.
