She is picky in general. She never eats it when I first give it to her in the morning. She also won't eat raw gizzards. She likes chicken legs, hearts, and kidneys though! Might be something I want to look into. Thank you so much for the insight.

Can you get any books? If so I recommend “holistic guide to a health dog”. It is where I learned everything about dog nutrition. You can make your dog food

Cats are very hard to transition.

Hi all. Not going to read up on posts. Just wanted to come in a scary hi. Read a few pages back. Dogs and cats ey? Food. Didn't use to be a tricky thing for my dogs. My Schnauzer is giving me fits though. I stopped the chicken I was boiling for them. He does seem to be scratching less. .

No...at least I don't think so. Vet said she was healthy.

Covid..ugh. I have a cousin that moved in just down the street from us. Found out today they have covid in the family. . Her husband lost his father to it in 2920.

my cat shadow had kidney stones early on in his life and vet recommended lower ph food. I kept him on it with no problems for 17 more years so I continued it with the new cats.
