Granny's gone and done it again

The stands are like that, nice and flat. Honestly, I think she might just not want to jump on, just because she is so used to having low nesting boxes and stuff. I have a feeling that's how the mites spread so fast. Her just sitting on the ground isn't a good thing. :rolleyes:
Yes exactly, it would be good to get her to roost. Some of the heavier birds have trouble getting up and down. I have it set up so they can make small jumps to get on and off. She could also have an injury, so watch for that. Chicken night vision is terrible, so moving her after it gets dark might work... for one night at least!

I made a ladder up to some of my roosts.
