Hmm. I've been cooking on electric for years now. I think it would take me a bit to get used to cooking on gas again, lol!

We had an electric at the old house. Made me forget how fast a stove can actually cook! I didn't expect it to cook things so fast! I even burnt my breakfast because of that.
