what happened to your old tank? Shrimp need an established tank to thrive

I have bamboo shrimp and Amano shrimp in the old tank. Nothing else does well I have a jerk fish or two that eats em.

Though I do need more assassin snails for that tank. The ones I have are defective lol

didnt you have a small tank besides that one? I think you said the filter was hard to get to and you wouldnt recommend it?

Oh. It wasn’t the filter was the issue. But yeah I did have a smaller one…honestly was so poorly designed…..

well Ive done something to my eye and it really hurts.
Yesterday it felt like sleep in the outer corner and a little itchy so I rubbed it and caused it to hurt. Robert said it looked red there. Today he said it looks better but it is a little swollen and blurry and the pain is pretty aggravating.

Yesterday it felt like sleep in the outer corner and a little itchy so I rubbed it and caused it to hurt. Robert said it looked red there. Today he said it looks better but it is a little swollen and blurry and the pain is pretty aggravating.

Wow that took me a while to find. So it was a pita to clean or do anything with. Under that black thing the glass extended up in a bit of a lip and that was all the access you had for it. Also it has a smaller footprint so all that weight was on something smaller than the full size of the tank, if that makes sense. The only cool thing was the lights. Could do white, blue (as shown) or off.

can you use the light on a different tank? Like if you buy a regular 5 gallon?

My garage is a mess but here’s an idea. I haven’t gotten rid of it. Was half thinking of turning it into a fairy garden terrarium or something. No desire for fish in there again though.

Naw it’s kinda built in - it hinges from the back. But getting color changing leds isn’t a big deal. I’ll probably figure something like that out for office tank when those lights die (cheap tank and reviews seem like the lighting death is imminent)

oh ya, Thats not meant for fish is it.. Robert said take a hack saw and cut the lid off but that wouldnt look good either.
