is it wrong that the first thing I noticed was ALL of the grey hair he has gotten. And he's 23 months younger.

You should notice how that cancer looks... almost like it's wet or jelly. Classic look for very bad tumor. You see that on anyone or yourself, get to a dr ASAP.
That Mohs procedure is good, but they have to keep watching it. No chemo for him, I hope?
