Granny's gone and done it again

Im glad your feeling better Cynthia. I'm excited about the goats and I hope you have a better day tommorow Cherry. Are you getting the 2 that you had your eye on? Sorry about the Leghorn Prostar. Losses are always hard. You peeps almost feel like family. Amazing how accepting you guys are. Good Night every one. Sleep well.

Got a power outage today. The goats are coming tomorrow, so focusing on setting things up for now. Hopefully the power comes back, since I am behind on classes, and the generator can't run forever. Feeling pretty tired today. Nothing went according to plan. Glad to get some goats, but my parents had a little family emergency today, so that made everyone stressed. UGH. Someone unplugged my incubator while I was away. I guess I can't trust anyone. Feed stores were closed when we came back. Dad promised to take me to several places, including USPS. Nope, didn't go. Signing off early tonight, need to catch up on HMK. Goodnight guys!
Sorry to hear your incubator got turned off!

I am getting the one that I REALLY wanted, and then one I didn't really want, which is fine too. The black buckskin is my show goat. I need to become a member of adga soon, and the breeder said she would help. She is as nice as I imagined, really willing to help in all aspects.

The lighter one was a mix up, but I really like her too, so we are getting her. She wasn't my first pic though.

Goat pictures while I wait for the sun to come up. Then, we set things up! The breeder gave me a flake of hay already, but we need to buy some more tomorrow. Oh and we need a collar for the other one too. The first and last pictures are of their mothers. The black buckskin's mom is the last picture. Isn't that a NICE udder?? Well, both are pretty good. So exciting!

The lighter buckskin is older, but was in a large litter of 5, so thats probably why she is smaller. Hoping they both fill out well in the next 3 years.
