yeppers just tired BUSY day of running here and there and Erv stopped in as I was getting ready to leave SO ran an hour behind all day.

I can't walk or run due to a bum ankle, but in my recliner I do crunches, leg lifts, side sit-ups, arm lifts with weights and isometric thigh squeezes. I'm always moving.
