Granny's gone and done it again

Remember seeing a picture of a grasshopper inside a frogs mouth and the grasshoppers arms were reaching out of the frogs mouth and trying to choke the frog. The caption at the bottom said never give up. That's what the pic of the three bird above reminded me of...
welcome to Grannys Ted

Wow. New speed record. Thanks little induction cooktop!!!!

Got home at 1. Cooked up chicken for my salad...took longer to cut up the veg! it's now 2, and I've cleaned up all the dishes, ate (obviously!), ran some leftover lettuces/grapes/cucumber ends to the cluckers, grabbed my walmart delivery (yay new fitbit!) and...now, it's time for work.

I....am impressed.

Im home honey! What a day too. Got stuck behind a semi twice going 40 in a 55 mph. Took forever to get there then came out of drs and had a dead battery. I managed to talk someone into giving me a jump so couldnt stop anywhere on the way home. Im glad to be home. Sipping coffee the yum

I wonder what drained the battery...boo!!! Glad you made it home safe.
Probably had something to do with me leaving the lights on for a good 45 mins. There is also corrosion all over the posts. It rained the whole way there and back.

Well, corrosion on the posts would be a problem too. If you left the lights on with the engine not running too...yep that'd do it. How long of a drive home was it? You can always get the battery tested/ask the fine gentlemen/ladies to clean the terminals too - hubs has a handy brush thing that does that trick nicely. If the battery itself is fine and just got drained this once for silly reasons you might be ok (just get the terminals cleaned!)

Depending on how many years, it might be ok, it might be dead as a doornail too.
