Are you likely to get shut down? Or what might happen. Nice of you not to blame him, but the buck stops with him. He needs to motivate his crew, or fire them and hire others.

No, not shut down. Just get a new general manager

Yes, I do agree. Although, nobody wants to work. I think we need to fire a few and retrain the rest. This is his approach as well. He has let go of a few, the others we are really working on.

I have the cooperate trainer coming on the 14th to evaluate me.

Saw one in the garden…at night. I don’t risk it. I have seen other “creatures of the night” during my walks as well. Although I LOVE the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, it’s probably best I don’t go that late. My mom gets worried about me too.
