Granny's gone and done it again

I don't let him on the couch, or the bed without permission. I don't let him off his bed without permisson. His release word for all things is "okay". On the bed, off his bed, allowed to eat his food. He also has a command for off the bed/couch, its just off though.

I can also send him out, in paces. I'll say off the bed, and then "back up 10 steps, please".. he'll take 10 steps back. I can also send him out to go get anything from the room, or turn off the lights.

He's a failed service dog. He doesn't like dogs bigger than him.
