Inside. All around the window frame. Got some on the windows too. They instantly dropped like stones! I left it like that for a couple of weeks and new bugs dropped dead when they touched it. After ladybug season ended I washed the glass but didn't worry about the frames. Have not had the little monsters since.

Oh, and I did a little experiment. Put Ruby in with the bantams. The little roo comes on over instantly. But the hen is literally jealous, she will chase Ruby and peck her
