Saw a lady bug the other day. Ice them. Great for tomato plants.

They are pretty too. They seem to prefer my radishes and turnips.

I don't often disagree with Cap, she's a smart cookie, but I found this whrn I asked google "color of Asian lady beetles."

DESCRIPTION AND HABITS. Adult Asian lady beetles are oval, convex, and about 1/4-inch long. Their color can vary widely from tan to orange to red. They often have several black spots on the wing covers, although on some beetles the spots may be indistinct or entirely absent.

My grief goes in .. longer spurts now. Missing my man the last couple of days. Can't believe next month will be a year. Also, that's the same month one of my sister's passed the .. same month. She passed on May 15th, Scott passed the next year on the 27th. Almost a year now and at times it seems like just yesterday. Ha! Just for fun. This was a long time ago. So sorry Cynthia. I honestly don’t know how you can ever get over it completely. And maybe it’s a good thing. To know that he is still remembered, that he truly left an imprint on this world. Can tell you loved him very much…and that he loved YOU very much.

I don’t even get over chicken losses easily, so it must be SO hard. Sending lots of hugs to you and yours.
