We have sugar snap peas, tomatoes, kale, bush beans, pole beans, and red runner beans.

are the runner beans hard to catch ??

You have a good sized garden then. Does your family all like cukes? The ones I had a couple years ago were very bitter.

then either not enough water when needed or a hot spell OR a combo of both. At least that's what I find up here.

thank you. Not sure why this year was so "difficult" Been 30 years.

People say it gets easier but some things just keep preying on your heart no matter how long its been.

My fav. green bean is white half runners. They have a good sized bean in them. Yummy.

Hubs is in charge of the cukes this year. He got ahold of a seed catalog few months ago and went wild! We've been living a pretty quiet life these past couple of years.

hahaa I get one here every year. Burpee I think is the name of it. Lots of goodies.

I would love to do some canning this summer. Green beans, tomatoes would be my go to. Then freeze some corn on the cob. Yum. Makes my mouth water thinking about it.
