Top picture is from South Dakota this afternoon. The bottom is from a dust storm from the 1930s. Maybe reach out to your midwest friends.
AND YET "THEY" keep pulling out shelterbelts and NOT planting any new ones.

does he have his rabies? At his age Im not sure parvo would be a big worry. Did he ever have parvo shots that you know of?

ya Bandit got it around a year old.Can dogs get parvo at any age?
Canine parvovirus is a serious and often fatal condition, requiring fast recognition, early and aggressive treatment, and quarantine to avoid the passing of parvo to other dogs. Puppies are especially prone to contracting this infectious virus, and it is one of the leading reasons for death in dogs under 4 months old.
It’s so serious, in fact, that preventative parvovirus vaccinations for dogs are recommended between the ages of 6 to 16 weeks. Because young dogs receive the most attention regarding the illness, pet owners may wonder, can my dog get parvovirus at any age? The answer to this important question is, yes they can.
Okay. That's what I had read. I didn't realize parvo was a relatively new thing... came about in the 70's.ALL my pup's had their first round of shots before they leave here, the pup will need a booster from the buyer's vet 2 to 3 weeks latter.
Scooter got his Frontline today too. I had forgotten about it. Tick on hubs woke me up!all the dogs got their first Frontline dose and heartguard chewable today. They get the chewable as a TREAT for letting me frontline them LOL

I don't remember what happened with the 2 pups I raised, just that they got all their puppy shots. And I don't know Scooter's vaccination history so will ask the vet if he should get a booster.

I haven't done any parvo for Scoot, just rabies.every 1 to 3 years depending on the maker/shot.
