I had a bad day too. shopping and had chest pain again.

Thanks for asking about me Granny, hope you're doing ok. Saw your post about your chest pain. Since I'm still here, I'll share what found out about my chest pain years ago. It turned out that it was my esophagus. Tightened muscles around it. I started noting when I was tightening my jaw, it would cause pain down my neck, into my arm, chest. Weird, same symptoms as a heart attack. I had been given nitro too. It helped. They thought my heart for a while. I keep the nitro on me. It really relaxes everything. Causes headache though.

Dizzy..as they call it. My head feels like I've taken a whole bunch of pain pills. Tired of this.

Tom asked me to start carrying nitro with me but the dr gave it to him not me. I have had it before. It does cause a headache . This comes on after I have walked the whole store and acts just like the other MIs I have had. Recent stress test didnt show any new damage though.

I know you have been to a lot of drs. but dont give up. Push them to find answers for you. Somebody out there knows.
