Hi Pam. How did it go? Did anyone freak out?

It went ok. We got lost coming and going. He stopped for directions 3xs or more. My nerves were shot. The dentist said if Roberts sugar was 250 he wouldnt do the surgery but would send him to the hospital instead. It was 213 We got a big speech about how dangerous it was and that Keto acidous (sp) was a real thing and on and on.
Robert is feeling better. less pain now that the tooth is gone. He is doing better then I expected.

Granny, I hope robert is doing ok.

He was able to eat some mashed potatoes today. Says the pain is throbbing but nothing he cant handle.
I went to get the garbage can from the top of the road and he stopped me half way and did it himself. He isnt allowed to pick up anything over 20 lbs.

Oh good grief no. That was a walk lol. I'm only at 1 minute run, 2:30 walk right now. My asthma has been something else lately. I probably could start to bump up the run intervals a bit but....I don't want to push it. I mean at least when I'm doing my running I'm within a mile or two from the house, so if anything does go sideways I get hubs to come grab me.

At some point, I do want to be able to jog that, but I'm not anywhere near that yet.

Well, yeah Robert *DOES* need to manage his diabetes. No ifs ands or buts about it. BUT...that being said, infections and chronic pain can wreak havoc on your sugars as well. BUT BUT BUT....HE NEEDS TO MANAGE THAT ISH.
