well got the backyard and bldvs mowed today. Been a LONG time since everything needed mowing 3 times in 2 weeks. Last year it was once every 3 weeks.

yep glorious moisture and the wet snow-ma-gedion helped a LOT. No water in the basement to mention this year either. Evidently when the soil is well "moisturized" the basement doesn't flood.
