Granny's gone and done it again

Yes they are all hers biologically.
I don't know the name of the moth, I just thought it was pretty.

I'm sure she was, especially with 14 of them. It could have taken 2 days to hatch them from start to finish. A good hen will not leave the nest until all have hatched that will hatch. She is also a calm hen and is perfectly fine with me handling the chicks.

A good broody is priceless!

Just went out to check the goats at 3 am. There was a deer standing just across the driveway, eating the wild rose bushes. She can eat all of those she wants, we have way too many!

I went to walmart today and was a nervous wreck. The noise in the van was much louder then before. I hope its just the brakes.

Could just need a pad slap. That’s not too expensive…but if you put it off too long and you go metal to metal you may need other parts too.
