Granny's gone and done it again

Twist, I know you're gone for tonight, but next time you're here, I wanted to show you the Peter Pan squash plants from the seeds you sent. Two of the five plants are doing very well, although in these drought conditions we're having to water them just about every evening.

Our gardening is a bit unconventional. Rather than tilling the ground around the plants, we simply mow the weeds to keep them at a manageable height. They make an effective mulch, shading the ground, keeping it cool and holding in moisture. It's also low maintenance, of course. The squash don't seem to mind.

I had my right side of my nose frozen, and a mole on my right side of my back. Plus, I had a spot cut out in my left side of my nose, just below it. I've had this open area for years that has really started bothering me. Finally got it taken care of. One little stitch to close
I go to the dermatologist every year.

well all but one of the blown down tree's are in woodpile or the burn pit depending on size. Vicki and I got most of the taters weeded. The old gold the one with the royal calf managed to actually loose both of her horns /horn caps between Last Thursday and today. Thankfully the flys don't seem to be bothering her and the actual horn bud is healed over. Not sure if she will grow some new horns or not.
Did you find her horns? Would make cool powder horns!
