Granny's gone and done it again

My stomach hurts like craaazzzy. Not the worst I've had it, but its pretty bad. Gosh, I wish recovery was linear.
:hugs Me too. There otta be a law! Yesterday my foot felt pretty good (yaay!); today I can't walk without crying again. WHYYYY? Lol!

The dogs got their shot and I am ashamed to say they acted terrible. Their not leash broke. Robert was trying to put Frostys collar on and she hid under the bed for half an hr. They pulled us to the van when we did manage to leash them where Bandit took the drivers seat and we couldnt budge him to the back so I had to take him back out and into the back seat again. Of course a big rain storm came while I was driving and Robert and I are both soaked trying to get them into the vets office where Frosty promptly peed in the floor. I blamed it on the rain and took a seat. Its a good thing they had slick floors because neither of them was going back without a fight. I had to walk them back. The lady that had them said she thinks Bandits problem is allergys and the vet will see him for $55. I told her no thank you. Just the rabies. Its good to be home.

We can’t get a vaccine without an office exam.

Monday morning cuteness.
They're all cute, but #2 stands out to me.

They are missing Star maybe? She was the calming influence.

Ah...probably best to stay away then. I'm pretty wimpy when it comes to "pretty scary" stuff.

No, but I have heard of it. He wrote the book version didn't he?
I won't read or watch horror. Don't want the weirdness stuck in my brain, especially when there are so many other wonderful books out there.

Have you read the James Herriot books (All Creatures Great and Small)? You might appreciate his stories with all your own animal experiences.

I go to the VIP Petcare mobile clinics for vaccines. They are at feedstores and pet food stores on the weekends. There is a sister group called PetVet that I used for Pi. They have a little walk in clinic office in the Windsor TSC. Cheap, but downside is potentially long wait in line. You get what you pay for I guess.

I agree, horror is a horrible thing to put in your brain, mine anyway, it never goes away. And funny you mentioned the Herriot books, I just finished re-reading them (the original 3) as e-books from my local library! Loved 'em the first time, loved 'em again!

I also just finished re-reading as many of the Mrs. Pollifax books as I could get my hands on, those are so fun!
