My dad was like that. He would sleep 2 hrs then up all night. He did ambien for a while. I know you dont like drugs but I would if I couldnt sleep. Those things are pretty addictive though

I took Ambien for a while but I didn't like that I got to where I couldn't sleep without it, and then my dr increased the dose. What I have now is Tizanadine, a muscle relaxer but I didn't get it for sleep, I got it for a pain issue (back, neck, arms and hands). I use it for sleep now, but only when necessary, maybe one or two nights a week. It's kind of an off-label use for it and I find it is not addictive. Sometimes I go a week or more without taking any but it's nice to have it if I do need it.

thats the problem I had too with ambien and pain dr gave me that same muscle relaxer. I threw them away. nerotin makes me sleep

Cats rule the universe. Including gravity. If you ever try to pick one up that doesn't wanna be, you'll understand. They connect their inner gravity to the center of the planet and cannot be shifted. It's amazing. That's why a person parked under a cat is never expected to move, for any reason. They're pinned.

Madison? Oh gee, I wonder if the businesses are getting flooded too. Robert and I went to that cool antique shop near the river. Sort of a split level type deal that has 3 stories going up hill. I guess the upper stories would be safe. That's wild.
