Are there other groomers at the place you took Bandit, or was she the only one? I would take him in and show them the problem. When did he get clipped? And how is Frosty doing?

I think she is the only one but I dont know for sure. Her name was on the permit on the door. I dont remember when they got clipped. Frosty is fine.
