Granny's gone and done it again

yes, I couldnt think of the right word. He is on a lot of meds.
I have tinnitus. From driving a car with bad weatherstripping in blizzard conditions for about a week in my 20's. Left ear mostly. Getting worse. Have to have the tv on to cover up the ringing/ whistling/ roaring in that ear.

It's called Tinnitus. May be side effect of meds.
Mine started years ago. Has gotten way worse the past few years. Some people don't handle it well at all. Read an article where someone got it bad after having Covid. Committed suicide. I mentioned that to a gal back when I went to an ENT and had my hearing checked.. mentioned my ringing and that I heard this story. She looked down and said yes, we see a lot of problems with it too. Got in to see the Dr. Says I'm lucky I just handle it well.

I listen to something on my phone every night. When I lay down at night, it's the worst of course. White noise they call it..only I listen to leaves rustling and soft music mixed in.

Sounds nice. Sometimes when I can't find anything good on tv I put on my Pandora station of instrumental hymns. So relaxing! Have not listened to it in bed in ages. Perhaps I should, thanks!
