Pretty much the same. I have 3 packs of smokes left. Tom gave me $20. in change to put away for Christmas. I think its gonna be an early Christmas.

Almost had a tragedy in the barn tonight! I put collars on some of the kids, figure i will put the rest on tomorrow. I put them on loose since they grow fast. Well one of them was coughing, but i wasn't sure which it was. Suddenly, foam came out of one of the bucks! Grabbed a towel, wiped it off, started feeling his throat. Figured it must be blocked. Tried pushing the lump up, but it wouldn't go. So i did Heimlich maneuver a couple times. Nothing. Still foam. So i opened his mouth and stuck my finger down as far as i could. After that he seemed ok. But i went back to the barn after feeding Mel, just to check. He seems fine, but sticking close to his MA.
Usually once i give them feed and hay and water, i leave right away. Good thing i hung around a while tonight!

We'll, I went in for BVD testing. . I have it. Now..I have a very smart eye Dr. I had told him the medication that I'm trying now. Amitriptyline. Told him I'm noticing .. better days..with the amount that I've worked up to. After telling me about the prism glasses.. and cost .. around 1,000 dollars, he asks me to do some considering before I decide. Since I'm seeing some improvement with the medication, why not give it a month while I'm working up to full dose to see how I feel. Says maybe I'll decide I don't need the glasses. One important fact of getting them ordered.. He says there is no guarantee that they will work..for me. He's had some patients put them on and go..wow! Others taking a few weeks or a couple of months, others, not working for them at all. So before I go spend a grand on glasses, see how the meds are working first. I can do that. Especially since it's started to work some. I guess I'll know in a few more weeks. I can tell you one thing about the testing too. It sure left me with eye pain, clear across from temple to temple. And, way dizzy after. I just went home and relaxed. Whew, what a journey this Vestibular thing is. Yes, Vestibular Migraines are associated with BVD..or is it the other way around? Anyway, they are found together often. Now I want to go to a hearing specialist. I still have to wonder if I have Menieres. Maybe he'll finally order a CT Scan. No one has looked at my inner ears. An MRI almost three years ago. Been a while. This ringing in my ears is insane! Plus I'm losing more hearing in my left ear. So..one side.

Good news and hope the rest goes as well.

I listen to something on my phone every night. When I lay down at night, it's the worst of course. White noise they call it..only I listen to leaves rustling and soft music mixed in.

the sound of a trickling brook or water falls WILL NOT work for me

evidently mom used the running water trick when I was little to go potty before leaving the house.

Well I now have an EX-con for a furry daughter.

Evdiently the police brought her in last night. Not sure if they found/saw her OR someone called/turned her in. Less that 3 blocks from home.

She is now micro-chiped as well. Pound only charges 10 buck NOT the 80 the vets do and its the identical chip. They didn't charge the normal $50.00 bail fee.

Needless to say Beth and Lena and myself are VERY VERY happy. Star is Ecstatic to be home. Lots of kissed and zoomies.

well off to pick up shavings and stall fresh for the coop and stock tank heaters as winter did a little wake up call yesterday.

Star will need a bath when I get home. Evidently she crawled/walked under some greasy/oily vehicles.

And trip number 50+ of flying into the puppy box grab a piece of puppy chow and out she goes again.
