It was fine. The turkey was tender in some spots and really tough in others, but it had a nice flavor. I didn't eat very much. Too tired. I keep dozing off tonight.

Me too. The turkey he brought was not shared. lol I gave Tom some ham. Only thing Robert ate was mashed potatoes and gravy. Kevin even cooked some. He made rolls and the instant mashed potatoes. Robert said, Umm mom, shouldnt you be helping him? I said Nope, hes got this. hahahaa I just now finished the dishes. I cant stand up long enough to do them.

I haven't been doing real keto for over a year. Just low or no carbs as much as possible. I had little spoon full of potatoes and stuffing. Mostly eat meat and veg.

My DD called, her DH needs a stent put in his heart. He's had a series of strokes and has completely lost the use of his left arm, and now his drs are saying it's bc the blood in his heart is mixing instead of staying properly separated... or some such. DD did not explain it very well. Hope they can get him in soon but sounds like mid-December, earliest. He's 59.

Hes awful young for all that. Is he a smoker?
