Granny's gone and done it again

My chicken coop (aka hen house) 8x10 is Amish built, 12 years old, no foundation, and still holding up amazingly well. I shoulda had a pad poured to set it on in this wet/ muddy climate, my bad. But it's doing great. I also should've gotten more ventilation. Oh well.

I have big big bins of wheat..and a lot..from the 70's! Scott had them when we got married. I never threw them out, they moved when we moved. I tried germinating them. Didn't grow. :(
I seem to recall reading about some archaeologist digging up some old Egyptian who had been entombed with a bunch of grain and they planted some and it came up.

Yeah, and to make matters even more interesting, the FDA allows a certain number of weevil eggs and mouse/rat droppings in the flour you buy.

Think about that over your morning toast, sports fans. LOL. I try not to.:sick
Think about all the foods that have flour in them.
