Sent other admin a text before I sent out the email to bosses/other office peeps and she calls me up. Apparently she’s been feeling a little poorly too this weekend. Told her to test. “Oh I was going to come in tomorrow since you’re not going to be” told her test woman, and even if she tests negative if she feels poorly stay her butt at home and remember when it was just her and I running the office when everyone else had covid.

…is it bad that I already have it worked out how to get all my stuff done 100% remotely and am asking the gentlemen of the office for their help so I can do that? Yeah I’m out with covid but…since the covid leave is no longer a mandated thing…1. I don’t have the sick time and 2. Things still need to get done.

Sigh.

Oddly enough yes.

Seriously strange. Driving into work earlier last week and I thought the dairy farm smelled like propane. That was weird. Then of course the cough, chills, exhaustion…it’s 7:00 we’re in bed. Standing up for long enough to make myself some dinner wore me out. I’m not sleepy, but dang if I’m able to stay vertical. (I feel bad for goose - we at least normally get some good walks on the weekend - that hasn’t happened.)
The strangest side effect though has been the auras. Sometimes would get these with some interesting migraines (not always; but sometimes) where it’d mess with my vision. I’d get little floaty…gah it’s hard to describe them. Crazy thing is I was explaining it to hubs and how it was something like I’d get with a couple migraines and he was like what?? I was wondering what was going on! (Apparently he had some good stuff going on Friday)

Seriously what the mutated virus is going on with this thing.

The dr put Tom on a different antibiotic. (keflex) for his UTI and he has spent the last 2 days in his room. He said its causing him to pee. I dont know if this is a good thing or not. I had to help him change his clothes so I know he is very weak.
