I went to Walmart and got a few things hubby wanted and a few things for his stocking. A couple small gifts. $160.00. Just absurd.

They are regulated by California Public Utilities Commission. CPUC sets the amount of profit allowed. They have their own goals too... like reducing the amount of energy Californians use... by keeping prices high, maybe...
