Or, you can scoop the water out of the sink with a mug or something. Then you pour in baking powder. Add vinegar. It may clear the plug.
The drain stopper isn't in there is it?

Ive tried all of that. I plunged til I cant no more. Its not moving. It will go from one side of the sink to the other. I trued blocking one side and plunging the other too

So the drain stopper is out? I don't supposed you have a wrench to open the trap part under the sink?
