My honey is from US and does say 100% honey on the label but the one Nancy has been using is from here locally and doesnt say anything. She bought it from the amish store.
My coffee does have corn syrup or something like that. I dont think I can give that up right now. Theres a lot of stress and worry going on in my life right now.

One of the difficulties in researching treatments for yeast is where the infection is in the body. They don't always specify. I think you might be better off with something topical since yours is a skin infection and topical has less chance of interfering with the meds you already take. Except for anti-yeast meds from the dr, pills and other internal treatments are probably better for internal infections.18 different tips on that link. A lot of them are herbs.
