Granny's gone and done it again

They are also on the internet if you know where to look! :lau ;)

Howdy Howdy all. Gonna have to go back a few pages and catch up.

Spent yesterday baking sourdough hamburger buns. They turned out fantastic. My first sourdough starter suffered a sudden death when my ceramic container fell out of the fridge and broke. Started a second batch on my own and it curled up its toes and died. Just couldn't get it to come back to life so I pitched it. Ronott1 here on BYC was Kind and sent me a new batch of dehydrated starter from his own stock which is over 100 years old. It's alive and delicious!

No not bread, sourdough starter. They can be very old. The first one I had about 40 years ago came from Texas and the original I guess you would call it, parent, starter was over 100 years old at the time.

We used to deal with yeast infections under breasts all the time where I worked back in IL. Mostly in women who were well endowed and not wearing bras. Key is to keep underside of breasts dry and comfy. I wear front fastening sports bras and use some talc. No problems.

I believe what you are dealing with, Granny can be treated with a topical antifungal.

This came up when I did a search for Candida parapsilosis under breasts

Treatment for a yeast infection under your breasts may include an antifungal medication. Your healthcare provider may recommend an antifungal cream, ointment or other solution. You can buy many antifungal creams over-the-counter.
...
Topical antifungal medications include:
  1. Miconazole.
  2. Nystatin.
  3. Clotrimazole.

Make sure you wash your hands good so you don't spread it and until your doctor prescribes a treatment, keep your chaloobies-tatas-bazooms-washed gently, patted dry and you can fold some soft wash cloths and put them under your breasts if you don't wear a bra. I would recommend that you get some comfy sports bras to wear that you can fasten or pull on yourself to keep things from contacting skin under your breasts. You have a warm moist growing field there for yeast infections.

As for the labs, yes, medications can cause abnormal labs. So can simple things like age and being overweight. Our kidney function begins to decline when we are around 30 believe it or not.

I met a young man while walking Pi around the lake last month. He spoke Spanish and was doing his best with learning English, but was frustrated that so many of our words sound the same but have different meanings, like hear and here. I agreed that English is probably the hardest 2nd language to learn. Makes me think of something W.C. Fields said... If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bull$h!t.
I read a poem once that talked about how hard English was. Wish I could find it.

which is exactly what that meme is. lol
Yes, exactly what brought it to mind!

Looks like WC was trying to quit too.

Yes, Ron is a very good egg!

Finally: which rhymes with "enough,"
Though, through, plough, cough, hough, or tough?

Hiccough has the sound of "cup"
My advice is — give it up!
