Granny's gone and done it again

I think a mix is good. I bet he likes her eyes...
How did you know that? I think there weird myself.
Lady said she was really laid back for husky.
There is a lot that can be seen in their eyes. She looks like one that wants to please. Even with being a husky mix she looks sensible. I think she'll be fine. There might be times when she feels frisky and wants to go where "she" wants to go but she looks slightly mischievious in a retrieveable way. She looks like one, when once she understands what is expected of her, she'll be happy to oblige.
There's really nothing like the companionship of a loyal and adoring dog to their human, that's more stabilizing and calming. Even the homeless like having a dog, probably because of the companionship it provides them.
I went for too many years of not having an outdoor dog and now that I have these pups I'm amazed at how much I have enjoyed them.
This morning it was 25 F which is normal for here. My wife being the sweetheart she is felt a little bad that the dogs might be a bit chilly so she brought them into the house. I'm fine with that. We have several small stuffed toy dogs sitting on a low bench. Well one of the pups happened to notice one of them and tried to figure out why this toy that resembles himself just sits there so quietly, not moving at all. He went up close to it sniff it and then suddenly backs away as though it might "get" him! He growled and short-barked at it and it just sat there looking at him. My wife Edna came to him, watched him for a bit, then went and picked it up and showed it to him. As soon as she had it in her hands everything scary about it went away. She set it back down in it's place, the pup sniffed it and all was right in his world.
I really enjoyed seeing him figure it all out. A curious pup "discovering" a "new" thing to him, suspicious at first, sniffing it and figuring out that it's really nothing to be concerned about.
It was therapy in dog form.

I love this. Everything you desctibe seeing in Robert's dog's eyes, I saw, too. She looks like she's ready to learn, to start communicating, to bond, if her human is ready to start. Like, "come on, let's get this party started!" She's ready to be somebody's dog. I'm excited for Robert. I think this is going to be an excellent adventure for him. Getting Sammy for my boy was the best thing we ever did for him.

You had referred to it before, so yes, I did know that.
Thank you.
when my mother married it was custom for her mom to cook them a meal. She cooked chicken feet and laid one on each plate and told then, Now, go scratch for yourself. lol
