I agree. Stress can do so much to us. I'm finding that out with my Vestibular stuff. You've been through a lot lately. Has it gotten worse since you brought that first dog home..now thus one?

Sugar feeds yeast. You need to cut sugar out of your diet. Sorry but that means no creamer, or a sugar-free one.
