I dont blame you one bit. I would love to hatch some myself. I thought about it. I could get them to eating size before winter hits.Okay, maybe I was a little voluntarily oblivious![]()

It’s always been a plan of mine, I just don’t usually act on impulse. I have a quail aviary but since we moved I still have to set it up. Technically the eggs wouldn’t come for another couple of weeks, plus it takes time to hatch them, and I still have to keep the chicks in the house for several weeks too. The plan is to get the aviary set up before then. Guess I’m just typically a person who builds the aviary before even getting the eggs. But I couldn’t wait this time…Like oops, guess I have 50 quail eggs coming my waySo... whatcha gonna do with 50 quail?
They are a lot easier than chickens…plus they can technically be kept indoors even.I dont blame you one bit. I would love to hatch some myself. I thought about it. I could get them to eating size before winter hits.
Definitively like cold weather better than hot. And what’s worse than both is wind. Doesn’t matter if it’s cool air or warm air, wind is bad in any shape or form.Tomorrow is payday and I still cant go shopping because I will have Fawn. She is due for her last shot and I cant leave her in the van. So Fawn tomorrow and food shopping Sat. Its so hot here too. I dread it.
